Typical Consulting Interventions

Most of our client engagements center on strategic planning, business process analysis, leadership, team and senior executive development, expatriation-repatriation ROI, and interpersonal communications. Assessment strategy and program evaluation services as well as instructional design and retreat facilitation complement and support our organization development work.
